Vasiliy Suvorov

CEO

Vasiliy Suvorov has served as the CEO of Meshnetics since its spin-off from Luxoft (IBS Group) in 2005. This step marks his 6 year tenure at Luxoft where he served as the CTO helping to drive the technical vision of the company and managing its R&D center Luxoft Labs. Mr. Suvorov has over 12 years of software development experience. Throughout his professional career he has held leading technical positions in international telecom and hi-tech companies. He previously held a managerial position in Telsystems, a telecom services startup. Mr. Suvorov holds Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan school of Management, and BS in CIS from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology.

Alexey Rybakov

Managing Director of ZigBit Business Unit

Alexey manages the main business unit of the company that designs, manufacturers and markets the ZigBit RF modules. He is leading the team of the business development and engineering professionals all working together to bring best-of-breed hardware and software solutions to the rapidly growing market of the wireless sensing solutions. Alexey brings the wealth of experience in management field, as well as over 7 years in IT industry. Alexey's previous position was the Director of Marketing in Auriga, one of the top players in the IT outsourcing market. Alexey holds a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Russian State University of Oil and Gas.

Pete Secor

VP North American Operations

Pete Secor joined Meshnetics in 2007 as a Director of North American Operations. Pete received a BSEE from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. He worked for 15 years in semiconductor engineering and engineering management at Fairchild Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices. In 1990 Pete became CEO of MetaLink, a manufacturer of embedded control software development tools. From 2002 until 2007 Pete served as COO of Shortridge Instruments, the leading manufacturer of handheld meters for measuring air velocity, airflow, and air pressure in buildings.

Thomas Lerm

VP & General Manager of EMEA & APAC Operations

Thomas Lerm manages EMEA & APAC Operations of MeshNetics GmbH. Throughout his professional career he has held leading technical and managerial positions in global mobile communication and hi-tech companies, including Siemens Mobile, AMD and Atmel, where he was responsible for advanced technology development, system development & implementation and strategic client & partner relationships. At his current position he is responsible for EMEA & APAC business development and sales of MeshNetics innovative ZigBit™ technology platform and products as well as professional design services, management and growth of the distribution network, establishing relationships with major OEM/ODM accounts.

Marina Akimenkova

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer for MeshNetics, Marina Akimenkova is responsible for the company's financial management and strategic planning, fiscal accounting and treasury. Marina brings over 10 years of experience in finance and business accounting. Her previous experience was in Frontline Com (an IBS Group company) as CFO from 1999 to 2005. Marina earned the Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1984, and another MS Degree in Economics from Moscow State Aviation Technical University in 1998.
