Luxoft Labs participated in ZigBee stack interoperability test event

Being a member of ZigBee Alliance, Luxoft Labs is involved in implementation of ZigBee stack based on IEEE 802.15.4 standard. In October 5-7, 2004, another test event (in Denver, CO, USA) has been called to check platform interoperability from different vendors. This time it gathered the following companies (Luxoft Labs included): Chipcon, CompXs, Ember, Figure8wireless, NTS, Freescale, Renesas, Samsung. Dmitry Korovkin, Luxoft Labs Senior Software Developer, had an opportunity to test our implementation of IEEE802.15.4 standard and network level of ZigBee stack. Test results were outstanding: 1) 85% of all 802.15.4 tests were successfully passed; 2) most of the network level test scenarios were successful. By the end of this year ZigBee will release first version of ZigBee stack specification. For more information see www.zigbee.org.
